
Your individual needs and goals are met in a comfortable environment! Whether your desire is to improve strength, increase cardiovascular endurance, enhance flexibility or lose weight, together we will design a fun and successful fitness programme.
Diversity is my strength. I believe that a solid and engaging fitness programme must be well-rounded and varied, so as to keep us interested and evolving within our wellness routine. I enjoy incorporating a myriad of formats within any training session, whether they derive from sport techniques (football, cycling, etc.), mind-body exercises (yoga, Pilates, etc.), creative movement (dance), or strength training (resistance tubing, weights, etc.). Whatever your likes or dislikes, a unique programme will be created to target your interests and keep you progressing toward positive goals.
Training sessions can be one-on-one (personal) or in groups of two or three (semi-private). Either way, our sessions are geared toward meeting the individual aspirations and levels of each person.

-» Home What is more convenient than getting your workout in the comfort of your own home? As long as a space of 6 feet by 6 feet can be cleared, we have our gym! Should you not own equipment, I will bring the necessary items to your home. Currently, I am available to train clients in-home in London's Zones 1 and 2.
-» Gym A separate option would be to train you in your local gym facility, should you have a membership and the ability to bring in outside trainers.
-» Outdoors If you're an outdoor enthusiast, why not arrange for personal or small group sessions with a few close friends on your local common... who says training has to be done in traditional indoor environments? The world is our playground! (Check out "Leaps and Bounds" on the Sample Programmes page!)
How do we start? During our initial meeting, we will assess your current state of health and fitness, and outline future goals. Provided you are in good health to engage in an exercise programme*, we will enjoy a workout then and there!
I offer a variety of payment options to suit individual budgets and needs. Payment plans and referral benefits will be discussed during our initial meeting.
* In some cases, clearance from your GP may be necessary prior to starting an exercise programme.
