
Beyond the personal training sessions, an additional fitness option would be to join me in one of my group classes. Whether or not you have a membership with a fitness club, there are classes and locations for any scenario. Please enquire to the specific clubs to find out if daily rates are available.
In addition to the classes listed below, you may also find me covering classes at local fitness centres. On the whole, the variety of classes and locations will continually expand and evolve as participant interest dictates. Please check back for updates!


Cardio Core Challenge your balance and coordination in this great total body conditioning class. A calorie burning workout focused on improving core stability. We will incorporate interval style training methods utilising gliding discs, core boards, BOSU balls and more!
Cardio Dance Give your body and artistic side a simultaneous workout! Build cardiovascular endurance while you create fun, choreographed aerobic combinations. This class moves!
Cardio Kickboxing Combine boxing techniques with heart pumping, creative movement. Jab, cross and kick your way into better cardiovascular health! Note: you won't limp away, bruised and battered, since there is non-contact shadow boxing only.
Dancer's Sculpt & Stretch An hour toning and lengthening those gorgeous muscles! Dancers will be especially pleased by the variety of moves... looking graceful and feeling the burn. But this class isn't just for prima ballerina's... those who rock out to Flashdance in the privacy of their own homes are welcome!
Legs, Bums and Tums A great workout to target all those problem areas. Exercises include weights, body bars bands and more!
Pilates Mat A workout developed specifically to train the core stabilisation muscles, emphasising flexibility and strength, Pilates will help you achieve the toned and lengthened look you strive for!
Pre-/Post-Natal Conditioning A gentle workout designed to enhance muscular strength and tone, as well as incoporating stretches to decrease tension, during all stages of pregnancy. This class is also suitable for post-pregnancy women.
Spinning® (Cycle) The ultimate low-impact, high intensity cardiovascular workout. Whether or not you're an avid cyclist, anyone can benefit from this intense cycling programme. All levels welcome... it's your ride! Heart rate monitors recommended.
Spinning® Reels Speed down the road to your favorite film soundtracks. Every week, a new film, director or genre comes on the scene. As always, bring a towel and water, but try to save the popcorn for later!
Stretch Breathe in, stretch out, relax. Improve your flexibility through dynamic and static stretching exercises. Class is designed to keep you loose, limber and calm.
Supreme Six-Pack Breathe in, out and crunch. This intense half hour of "gut-wrenching" abdominal strengthening exercises is designed to shrink your waist and have you feeling that beautiful burn!
Total Body Conditioning Work every muscle, in every angle, in every way. A workout to help tone, strengthen and re-shape your body. A combination of hand weights, resistance bands, tubes, body bars, and steps are used to create variety in your workout.
